DB Schenker has opened a new healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics centre in South Korea, as part of its plan to increase global supply chain competence in the healthcare market.
The new facility is located in Gunpo, near Seoul, and is fully equipped for healthcare operations, such as cold storage and specialised vaults for sensitive products.
It has been TAPA-A certified and has attained the Korean Good Supplying Practice, which the company says certifies the site’s security, efficacy, safety and stability in healthcare logistics services.
