Home furnishings retailer Crate and Barrel has implemented Kewill’s Flagship parcel shipping and Netship expense management software, to efficiently handle the several million parcels it despatches each year.
It has taken the system to manage local and international shipments from multiple shipping locations across North America, aiming to get the best available rates and service, to ensure on-time customer delivery and to maintain tight cost control.
