Goodman has completed construction of a new 231,000 sq ft distribution centre at Hatfield Business Park.
The development will be managed by Hoddesdon based PCL Transport on behalf of Arla Foods, the global dairy co-operative which produces well-known brands including Anchor and Lurpak.

PCL is one of the fastest growing and successful chilled food distribution specialists in the UK.
Goodman agreed the 15 year lease with PCL on a pre-let basis and construction commenced last autumn.
The facility complements PCL’s existing operations at Hoddesdon and is expected to provide a range of jobs.
The completed scheme has been constructed to a BREEAM standard of “Very Good”, and includes sustainable technologies such as solar hot water heating and rain water harvesting.
