Next day delivery network, APC Overnight, has teamed up with Cartwright to create a double deck trailer with 18 per cent extra capacity.
The 15.65m long double deck trailer, which has an additional eight cages to APC’s 13.7m one, offers an 18 per cent increase in capacity.
The new model features a lifting roof, to enable the loaded second deck to be raised higher, to gain side access to the lower deck for loading and unloading.
Cartwright says the simplicity of the design leads to lower cost and maintenance, as well as enhanced reliability.
