E-commerce technology provider Rangespan has awarded Norbert Dentressangle a contract to manage its reverse logistics operation, which will see Norbert take responsibility for the processing and handling of all returned goods at its shared-user facility in Telford.
The deal will see Norbert’s BACTRAC system capture details of returned items, to identify their best disposition route, dependent on the value and condition of these products.
Rangespan said Norbert’s experience in e-fulfilment and returns management operations, as well as its ability to scale up a solution that suits both companies’ growth plans, were significant factors in the new appointment.
