E2open has acquired icon-scm, the supply chain planning and collaboration systems provider, in a deal valued at some $34 million.
It will combine icon-scm’s integrated planning and analytics capabilities with the E2open Business Network.
The E2open Business Network integrates a number of business process management solutions, including multi-tier planning, response management, and analytics.
