Industrial battery specialist PowerCell has acquired a 50 per cent stake in Sheffield-based Motive Power Services (MPS) enhancing its sales and service capability into Lincolnshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland.
Derek Anderson, managing director of PowerCell, said: “We’ve been working with MPS for the last few years. They’ve been in business for more than 20 years and have a team of highly experienced engineers.”
PowerCell has recruited two new sales people, Neal Thorp and Nik Bridger to cover areas in the North West, South West, South Wales and Midlands.
