Global supplier of construction materials Saint-Gobain has signed a 25-year lease on a 63,614 sq ft warehouse at Parkhouse Industrial Estate, in the Midlands, following a £2.5 million refurbishment scheme led by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
Saint-Gobain subsidiary, International Decorative Surfaces (IDS), is set to move into the new site in December.
Managing director of IDS, John Bagshaw, said: “Re-locating here will be an important milestone in our successful development at IDS.
“It signifies our commitment to the Staffordshire region as an employer and to our customers with a state of the art distribution centre to serve their needs.”
The refurbishment is being delivered by LSH’s building consultancy division, on behalf of landlords Friars House Investments.
