Toyota Material Handling is supporting the final of the Road Transport Industry Training Board Operator of the Year Competition 2013, by supplying a number of its electric counterbalance forklift trucks.
The competition aims to recognise and reward safe and productive forklift truck driving.
Toyota’s 80 volt trucks, which are the newest additions to the company’s short-term hire fleet, will join more than 3,000 trucks there, to be used for a range of tests, including both driving and visual inspections.
The final will take place on 20 September at RTITB’s head office in Telford, Shropshire.
