Kitchen furniture company Direct Online Services has taken Unit A, Mill Place on Waterwells Business Park in Gloucester.
The 75,000 sq ft warehouse will be used as a new distribution hub.
Alder King advised landlord Robert Hitchins while Online Direct Services was unrepresented.
Rob Holley of Alder King said: “There is an imbalance between the level of demand and the availability of large industrial space across the region. However the encouraging news is that Gloucestershire has a good supply of sites capable of delivering high quality buildings on a design and build basis.”
