Developer Reef Estates is drawing up plans for a formal planning application for a new 100 acre park in Didcot, next to the A4130.
The company aims to submit the application to the Vale of White Horse District Council within the next three months.
The proposed Didcot Park features 955,000 sq ft of commercial space, which is set to include between six and 18 dot-com and logistics warehouses for distribution, totalling more than 850,000 sq ft.
The site will also include light industrial accommodation, trade park units, retail and showroom units, builders merchants, and car showrooms, as well as around 35 acres of sport playing fields.
