TNT Express is looking to sell the Dutch operations of its specialist fashion business TNT Fashion.
The group said the aim of a possible sale would be designed to ensure service continuity.
In the UK, TNT Fashion activities are to be integrated with TNT Express UK & Ireland’s operations to capture the synergies between the two businesses.
TNT Fashion Group BV is headquartered in Oldenzaal in the Netherlands and offers a range of services for the fashion industry, including storage, packing/repacking, distribution and retailing services.
Its customers range from high-end designer labels to high-volume retailers. TNT Fashion Group BV employs about 660 people.
TNT Express is looking to conclude a possible sale by the end of 2013.
