Chilled food specialist CML Fulfilment and Logistics has integrated OmPrompt’s Customer Automation Management system, to improve service and reduce errors.
“We had new business opportunities that we wanted to serve without hiring new heads,” said chief executive officer at CML, Tim Middleham.
“Order automation is part of the OmPrompt Customer Automation Management platform; it removes the need for humans to workaround gaps in process and technology, in this case the no-touch automation of purchase orders.
“OmPrompt’s system was the solution to our problem because it removed the opportunity for errors introduced by rekeying and left our CSRs with more time to service that new business.”
