Mobile digital device accessories manufacturer Cygnett is implementing hosted SAP BusinessOne from BalloonOne across its UK operation.
As part of the implementation, Cygnett will also install SAP CRM to connect its sales team with the new business system, enabling them to access live stock data, and take and place orders in real-time.
“We’ll now be able to compile orders in real-time and use live stock information when we are out and about with customers, which is a first for this industry, said general manager UK and Europe at Cygnett, Mark Rogers.
“The BalloonOne team has helped us gain knowledge and they have worked hard to understand our business and how the software will assist us to drive it forward. Our investment in the software will help us defend our position in the market.”
