It has taken M&G Real Estate’s (formerly known as PRUPIM) Measham 142 building in Swadlingcote Derbyshire located close to Junction 11 of the M42 motorway.
The building has a 12 m clear height as well as 12 dock and two level access doors. It has a 50kN/m2 floor loading and a 50 metre yard depth with 24 lorry parking spaces and boasts a two- storey open plan office.
The property was on the market with a rent of £4.50 per sq ft through letting agents Colliers and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Cushman & Wakefield advised Wolseley.
