Multi-brand digital retailer Shop Direct Group has awarded ByBox a contract to provide a UK returns service across its portfolio of retail brands.
ByBox offers 24/7 and free of charge locker services to online shoppers, to receive and return parcels when suits them best, at sites such as local supermarkets, shopping centres, high streets, and petrol stations.
The new deal will see Shop Direct’s customers, which include Littlewoods.com, Very, Isme, K&Co, and Woolworths.co.uk, able to return items to one of more than 500 ByBox locker locations throughout the UK.
“Offering our customers as much flexibility as possible is a crucial part of our success as an online retailer and our returns process plays a huge role in that,” said logistics director at Shop Direct Group, Jim Roebuck.
“We already provide our customers with an extensive range of options including Collect +, Royal Mail and ‘collect from home’ and our partnership with ByBox will give our customers even more choice and variety.”
