Hyster has launched its ninth generation series of 8-16 tonne lift capacity trucks, which are designed for use in demanding applications, such as within ports and terminals, construction, logistics, and heavy industry sectors.
Hyster said the combination of diesel engines and the new dual hydraulic pumps featured on the trucks, offer a 35 per cent higher laden lifting speed.
It said the smaller H8-12XM-6 series can deliver up to 17 per cent in fuel savings, and that both the larger H13-16XM-6 and H10-12XM-12EC series offer fuel savings of ten per cent.
New features include load sensing hydraulics, to produce less waste and reduce operating temperatures, as well as deliver greater fuel efficiency, and increased cooling capacity to further reduce hydraulic oil temperature.
