The Co-operative Estates has completed the sale of its former Somerfield regional distribution centre, in Pitreavie, Dunfermline, to global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry, FMC Technologies.
Extending to 260,000 sq ft on a 24.3 acre site, the facility closed as part of the modernisation of The Co-op’s national distribution network.
FMC purchased the property to support its global operation’s long-term development plan for its Subsea business in Scotland.
Colliers International acted for the Co-operative Estates.
