UK importer of wood flooring, Lionvest Trading, has awarded Meachers Global Logistics a new three-year contract to receive, store, and distribute the company’s entire UK stock.
Having worked together for eight years, this deal sees the two firms entering their third contract extension.
It comes after Meachers recently expanded its Southampton facility, where it now offers more than 200,000 sq ft of warehousing.
“Meachers provides us with a unique warehousing facility in Southampton that means we can hold the majority of our UK stock holding which consists of a wide range of flooring products available for 48-hour delivery, from stock, direct to our customers across the UK,” said shipping manager at Lionvest, Mark Warrington
