Global logistics and freight forwarding provider Delamode has acquired Dover-based freight forwarder John Shirley as part of its growth plans.
John Shirley handles the transport of freight between the UK and every Balkan country.
Delamode has established operations in nine countries, including Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and the UK, and plans to open offices in Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania, to support its expansion of its West Balkans network.
Founder and managing director, John Shirley, will join Delamode as part of the acquisition.
