Langdon Industries has offered all of its apprentices full-time positions, after its three-year apprenticeship scheme culminated this year.
The logistics service provider specialises in controlled temperature operations, and employs 1,000 staff based in eight locations across England and Scotland.
Having offered its current 20 young apprentices jobs, the company will take on 20 new apprentices in September this year.
Langdons has also announced plans to team up with schools and colleges local to its depots, to offer the establishments the use of a trainer, who will provide in-class training and development to pupils interested in a career in logistics.
The company will offer these students work experience, and select a number each year to be placed on its apprenticeship scheme.
