By wpengineParcel company Yodel has consolidated its operations so that they are now all managed through Yodel Delivery Network Ltd.
Up until now, it has operated through a number of associated companies, including Yodel Delivery Network Limited, Parcelpoint Limited, HDN (NI) Limited and Yodel Transport Limited.
It said that the change had been made to simplify the group structure.
