Steve Thorp has been named the new head of customer support for global supplier of automated logistics solutions at Swisslog UK.
With more than 25 years of experience in programme and project leadership, Thorp will take responsibility for the leadership and directions of the company’s UK customer support division.
“Customer support is central to delivering a positive customer experience and a crucial aspect of our business. We look forward to Steve bringing his own experience and expertise to this role,” said UK managing director James Sharples.
