By wpengineNorbert Dentressangle has completed its acquisition of Daher’s freight forwarding operations, which include a network of eight offices in France, three in Russia, and 287 employees.
Hoping to expand its global freight forwarding offering, Norbert said the acquisition will immediately improve the profitability of its freight forwarding business, estimating it will lead to an anuual turnover of around €220 million (£183.6 million).
