The Food Storage and Distribution Federation has appointed Garry Tilburn of Reed Boardall Cold Storage as its new president.
He succeeds Malcolm Johnstone, who has stepped down after three years in the role.
FSDF chief executive Chris Sturman, said: “We are delighted to welcome Garry Tilburn back to the role of President of FSDF.
“Garry is very passionate about food storage and distribution and has continuously tried to improve the performance of his companies and the industry as a whole, either by implementing a control IT system or by enhancing the volume of a plant.
“Garry consistently provides the best solution for his company and we’re sure this philosophy will be fully applied to his role as FSDF president.”
