Wilkinson Furniture has taken Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Property Trust and Centurion Properties’ 84,000 sq ft BLOC 84 unit at Lawnhurst Trading Estate in South Manchester.
The refurbished property has been let on a new five year lease at stepped rent that increases to £3 per sq ft in the third year.
