Parcel carrier DPD has launched a returns service in association with the Hermes ParcelShop network.
Homecall Returns makes use of Hermes’ network of nearly 3,000 stores across the UK. Participating shops include Londis, Premier, One Stop, Nisa Local, Co-operative, Spar and Costcutter as well as many local independent stores.
Hermes launched the ParcelShop network in June 2012, challenging existing networks such as CollectPlus.
The deal sees DPD and Hermes extend a partnership that began in 2006. DPD’s CEO Dwain McDonald said: “We’re delighted to be extending our relationship with Hermes.”
