Arrow XL has appointed Ian Howell to the role of chief executive officer.
Howell has previously held roles as head of multi-channel logistics at Marks and Spencer, director of supply chain at Land of Leather, and a number of senior operational roles at B&Q.
Arow XL chairman Gary Monk said “Ian has a wealth of retail and 2-man-delivery experience and an absolute passion for service excellence, which will be fundamental to our future success. I’m delighted to see him take on the CEO role and continue to grow the business.”
