Loveknitting.com has awarded Clipper a contract to handle the global e-fulfilment of its products, as part of its worldwide expansion plan.
Loveknitting.com offers yarns, patterns, needles, and other knitting accessories.
As part of the deal, Clipper has transferred the online retailer’s stock to its e-fulfilment centre in Worsley, Manchester, which it hopes will provide Loveknitting.com with the required expansion capability, greater flexibility, and the ability to react quickly to peaks and seasonal sales fluctuations.
Clipper also said the move will enable the online business to not only stock more product lines, but offer greater customer choice.
