Industrious has awarded Birmingham-based chartered surveyors, Johnson Fellows, a contract to manage lettings throughout its industrial estates in the Midlands.
Johnson Fellows will now act as letting agent for nine Industrious sites, including Kings Road Industrial Estate in Tyseley, and Griffin Business Park in Solihull.
As part of the deal the company will initially secure tenants for 20 vacant units, ranging in size from 2,500 sq ft to 130,000 sq ft, across Industrious’ portfolio.
“In general, these estates attract businesses that serve the local area or supply West Midlands-based manufacturers,” said partner at Johnson Fellows, Mike Price.
“In particular, I would anticipate demand from automotive-related companies as well as SMEs from the logistics and distribution sector as many of the sites provide easy access to the motorway network.”
