European technology firm SCC has confirmed a deal with ByBox, to use its nationwide network of lockers to collect and return parts.
SCC’s team of field service engineers will use the lockers to collect and return parts used to help its customers assess, plan, source, integrate, and manage their IT infrastructure.
ByBox will deliver the goods in-night, to ensure delivery before 8am the next day, to locations throughout the UK, such as petrol stations, retail parks, and sports grounds.
The company is also offering a service where it delivers parts to a locker nearest to where one of SCC’s jobs is taking place, instead of nearest to a team member’s home.
