SEGRO has broken ground on a speculative warehouse scheme in Enfield aimed at providing space for urban logistics provision.
The 84,150 sq ft scheme will comprise up to 15 industrial units and is due for completion in August 2014.
Alan Holland, SEGRO’s Business Unit Director for Greater London, said: “Advent Way is SEGRO’s first development in North London. It is situated in an excellent location and our speculative scheme will offer high quality industrial space to serve businesses in the immediate area, as well as those that require easy and direct access to Central London.”
