Rugby-based Exact Logistics has passed the £1m barrier in export sales after buying into German transport system CTL, which enables it to offer a 72 hour service to or from Germany.
Managing director Adam Shuter said 30 per cent of its customers were now European.
“Germany is a market where we have a real USP because of our approach to the market. We have followed UKTI’s advice by communicating in their language and working within their culture.”
“We are looking at exporting to other European countries as well as continuing to build our local customer base.”
