David Ker has been appointed as Suttons Group’s new regional director, Europe, rejoining the company from his seven-year role as commercial director, at DB Schenker Rail UK.
Ker had previously worked for Suttons between 1995-99, where he served as operations director and business development director, respectively.
He will now manage a team of 85 employees across the continent, based at Suttons head quarters in Widnes, Cheshire.
“Suttons is a truly international business now and its reputation for customer service delivery is what fuelled my return,” he said.
