By wpengineNetwork Rail has snapped up Norcros Group (Holdings) 149,120 sq ft Groundwell Distribution Centre in Swindon.
The railway infrastructure provider has agreed to a new sub-lease on the property at a rent of £530,000 a year while it supports the electrification of the line between Maidenhead and Cardiff.
