Home interiors specialist Fired Earth has implemented Paragon’s latest routing and scheduling system, in a bid to both boost customer service and gain more efficiency from its distribution operation.
“With Paragon’s system, we can now make changes to the fleet and see the effects on our distribution immediately,” said operations director at Fired Earth, Samantha Millican.
“We’ve already taken a vehicle out of the fleet and eliminated its running costs, which saves us an extra £3,500 a month.”
Fired Earth expects to make a return on investment within three years of purchasing the system.
