Wholesale supplier QTram has taken a 35,339 sq ft warehouse at Trafford Park in Manchester.
QTram has agreed a four-year lease at £5.51 per sq ft for the warehouse and office facility on Tenax Road which was formerly occupied by pest control and hygiene business Rentokil Initial.
Colliers International and Birtwistle Property Consultants advised.
Julien Kenny-Levick of Colliers International said: “This letting to QTram was achieved very quickly and is further evidence of the strength of the occupier market for good quality, well located premises in Trafford Park.”
