Altus Edwin Hill has completed the acquisition of Warrington-based property agency Eileen Bilton Partnership, to form Altus Eileen Bilton.
Altus Edwin Hill provides real estate consulting, and professional advisory services throughout the UK, operating globally as the Altus Group.
The company said the acquisition will strategically expand its agency business in Warrington and the North West, supporting its specialised team there.
