NWF Group, parent company of Boughey Distribution, expects first half profits to be ahead of last year, it said in a trading update.
It said Boughey, its food division, performed as planned with the completion of the move of customers from the Deeside facility into Wardle, which remained full during the first half of the year.
“In addition long-term contracts have been signed with major customers, underpinning the business’ future volumes.”
NWF’s two other divisions, Feed and Fuels, both traded well in the first half, which ended on 30th November.
