Kardex Remstar has added a heavyweight shuttle to its Shuttle XP storage lift series.
The Shuttle XP 1000, which can store parts weighing up to 1,000kg, joins the existing lie-up of 250, 500, and 700 models.
The company said heavy tools could be safely stored as easily as large goods, a large number of small parts per tray, or entire pallets.
“With the new Shuttle XP 1000, we are covering all conceivable application scenarios,” said Marc A Zenses, head of solution/product management at Kardex Remstar.
