Emmanuel Moulin has been appointed deputy chief executive officer at Groupe Eurotunnel SA, effective as of 1 January 2014.
Currently chief financial and corporate officer for corporate activities at the company, Moulin has 18 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked for the French Treasury Department, the World Bank in Washington, and Citigroup Global Markets.
He joined Groupe Eurotunnel in August 2012, after taking on the role of economic advisor to the President of the Republic in France, between 2009 and 2012.
Moulin will report to chairman and chief executive officer, Jacques Gounon, in his new role.
Groupe Eurotunnel manages and operates the Channel Tunnel between Britain and France, including the vehicle shuttle services.
