Hallmark Consumer Services has opened a new headquarters, warehouse and depot that has doubled its storage capacity.
The company, which provides e-commerce fulfilment and direct mail services, has invested £1.9m in the 42,000 square foot, seven acre site.
Hallmark customers include Hornby Hobbies and Visa. It also works with UK charities including Birmingham Children’s Hospital, UNICEF UK and the Woodland Trust.
“The additional facilities and warehouse space not only increase our size and efficiency, but mean we can expand the range and size of goods we are able to store and ship, and loading of completed orders has been speeded-up by eighty per cent,” said managing director Chris Hall.
