Bathroom taps and shower retailer Crosswater Holdings has secured a 131,400 sq ft pre-let with developer Prologis for a new HQ and distribution centre at The Bridge, a 264 acre joint venture with Dartford Council, in Dartford.
The new building will provide consolidated logistics, office and storage space as well as a trade showroom and will be completed in the summer.
Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE are joint agents.
