Independent UKparcel delivery firm, APC Overnight, has awarded Peak-Ryzex a services contract, to manage its new proof of delivery system.
“With our network founded upon overnight delivery services for a variety of private customers and businesses nationwide, it is imperative that we are able to maintain these standards,” said head of information technology at APC Overnight, Mark Clemence.
“Our new system will enhance the communication we have with our customers and ensure we are able to build on our customer service levels, which is already something we take a great deal of pride in.”
