By wpengineETB Tyres has bought Valad’s 100,468 sq ft warehouse, Unit 15b on Blackpole Trading Estate in Worcester.
The self contained property boasts two yards and ten ground level loading doors. It will be used to service ETB Tyres’ regional outfitters.
The property was being marketed at a price of £3.77 million.
