TNT Post leased a new delivery depot in Salford, Manchester as it continues to roll out its postal service which it launched in September last year.
It has taken a three year lease on a 1,921 sq ft warehouse Unit 5 at Park House Bridge Estate at a rent in the region of £1.50 per sq ft. The new facility is expected to create 12 jobs.
This is an extension to TNT Post’s successful end-to-end postal delivery service that it set up in Manchester employing 1,000. Colliers advised.
