National furniture distributor Home & Retail Deliveries is relocating to a 99,000 sq ft warehouse at Drayton Manor Business Park near Tamworth in Staffordshire.
The company is moving after just two years from a 179,220 sq ft warehouse known as Emperor Point in Centurion Park Tamworth. It has taken a five year lease on the property which is more suited to its needs at the present time located five miles for the M6 Toll and two miles from Junction 10 of the M42 motorway. GVA and Knight Frank advised.
