Help for Heroes has outsourced its logistics operations to Clipper, in a bid to improve its e-fulfilment and retail operations.
Help for Heroes is a charity formed to help those who have been wounded in Britain’s current conflicts, it delivers a national network of support to the wounded and their families.
The charity sells a variety of clothing, accessories, homeware and gifts via its web site, through its supporters, and its own retail outlets.
Having previously handled its logistics in-house, Help for Heroes has now transferred the operation to Clipper’s Enfield distribution centre.
From the Enfield site, Clipper will distribute Help for Heroes merchandise to shops and retail outlets both in the UK and around the world.
“Clipper has been able to provide what we need to operate our existing business more efficiently, expand our retail operation and continue to raise funds to support the important work the charity does,”said managing director of Help for Heroes Trading, Helen Beebe.
