Third party logistics provider SEKO Logistics is to take advantage of Heathrow’s expansion and open a 22,000 sq. ft flagship airfreight and omni-parcel services facility to accommodate company growth as it predicts its 2018 UK revenues to exceed £100 million.
The new facility will provide additional capacity to support new businesses seeking SEKO’s hybrid logistics solutions offering fulfilment, forwarding, cross-border eCommerce and supply chain software. The move is part of SEKO’s £5 million-plus commitment to support its customers’ fast-growing international shipment volumes.
SEKO is growing organically due to its expertise and “expanding global footprint and reputation for helping British companies to quickly access the lucrative cross-border eCommerce space,” said SEKO chief operating officer – EMEA Keith O’Brien. “Our decision to invest in this new facility close to Heathrow will make the cross-border delivery process even easier for our customers.”
