Vantec Europe, which provides third party logistics services for the Nissan car plant in Sunderland, has taken a 6,800 sq ft warehouse on the Central Park Estate near Heathrow.
It has signed a five year lease with the SWIP Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust (AIPUT).
Vantec is part of the Japanese based Vantec Corporation whose parent company is Hitachi Transport Systems.
